After Sales Service – Various schemes available - planned routine maintenance and emergency callout.
Spare Parts – Essential spare parts available ex-stock for immediate despatch, non essential items on a 2-4 week delivery. Spares orders subject to a minimum order value and payment terms.
Design & Documentation – drawing of machine or packing system is submitted to the client for approval before we commence manufacture.
Manufacture – modern manufacturing techniques, top quality components and attention to detail means that our equipment outlives competitors - (ask about second hand reconditioned machines).
Testing – before despatch all equipment undergoes a FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). Clients are invited to inspect their equipment and attend the FAT.
Training - a well trained workforce enables you to optimise equipment performance and maintain a safe working environment. Various courses available including classroom and on-site lessons. On completion of the course, successful candidates can be issued with a certificate.
