One automatic slipsheet dispenser to place a card­board or plastic slipsheet on top of the pallet prior to palletising.  The unit includes : -

• Heavy duty main frame supporting the pick-up head and transfer carriage

• One pick-up head with multiple suction cups adjus­table in position to suit different sized layer pads and connected to a venturi type vacuum pump using compressed air to create suction to pick up the layer pads and place them on the pallets.

• One 1500mm long section of powered roller conveyor to receive the pallet from the pallet magazine and position it correctly while the slipsheet is positioned and then transported into the pallet­iser.
