The IBC-PF4 is a bulk bag weigh-fill machine - the bag is weighed as it is filled, therefore, you do not need to install a weigh hopper above the filling station and you benefit from an installation with very few moving parts – only requiring one annual service.

Recent innovations include “semi-suspension” jumbo bag filling concept and ergonomic spout which automatically moves towards the operator – making the application of empty bags quick, easy and effortless.

Touch Screen Technology provides the operator with intuitive, easy to understand machine controls. Our “user friendly”, menu driven colour screen means it is simple for the operator to select different packing programmes, diagnose faults and identify the reason for any machine stoppage.
The full bag is check weighed after filling and the actual net weight of product in the bag is recorded and used to verify/optimize the weigh feeder control settings.
This jumbo bag filling unit is a ‘mono-block’ big bag weighing and filling machine – pre-assembled and fully tested as a working unit at our factory – therefore it is quick to install and start up at site
With the unique “semi-suspension” filling systems bags are initially suspended, inflated and then settled down onto the pallet during filling – neat, square, symmetrical, bags are always filled, when packing aerated powders an integral vibration platform is added to remove entrained air and ensure the full bag are consolidated and stable.
Innovative ergonomic design means this machine is easy and safe to operate. On latest models the filling spout automatically slides towards the operator so he/she does not need to lean over when applying/loading the empty bag onto the machine.
Owing to its unique design this FIBC filling machine is automatically “self-adjusting” for bags ranging in height from 1100mm to 1900mm – which allows the machine to compensate for different bag weights, variations in bulk density and variations in bag dimensions, while ensuring that a perfectly shaped, square filled bags are produced.
Full bags are accumulated on conveyors down-stream of the weigh-fill station and a special version with belt conveyors – instead of roller allows you to save running costs and operate without pallets.
The machine is equipped with a dedicated control panel, including Siemens S7 PLC with integral Profibus and Ethernet. The profibus link between our weighing controller and PLC means that weighment recipes for different products and batches can be pre-loaded onto the operators colour touch screen control panel and easily called up as and when required (all machine settings on the IBC-PF4 are fully automatic when changing from one product/bag weight to another and one bag size to another). The weighing system is supplied ready for connection to client’s DCS or weighment data logging software running on a local PC connected to clients office network.
